*Dball Ground to overhead may be Dball slam or clean and press. Control and full overhead lockout is required for valid reps.

*Straps/grips not allowed

*May not use thighs to rest bar or as counterbalance
*Lifters must lower bar to ground without dropping it

once partner 1 completes.. partner 2 may begin..

Partner 2:

M - 36 | F - 26 Calorie Bike + 120 ft Dball Carry

*Men carry 150lb Ball | Women Carry 100lb ball

*Time is recorded when partner 2 completes the 120ft carry

Dball may be carried on the shoulder or in the bear hug position

TUG OF WAR | 1 on 1

  • Athletes will be placed into an elimination style bracket.

  • To advance, pull your opponent across the designated ground marker.

  • Gloves are allowed however you may not wrap the rope around hands or body.

  • Log is approx 28lbs
    • Burpees - both athletes must be in contact with the ground (thighs and chest) at the same time. two foot take off and landing required, torso must be facing log at the bottom of burpee.
    • Overhead Lunges - athletes may share reps as needed. log may be overhead in any position, knee must contact ground and hips/knees/shoulders must be locked out vertically between reps.
    • Log Press - athletes may share reps as needed. log must pass below chin and arms must extend fully in a vertical position overhead. Bending of the knees or closing/opening the hips is not permitted
